Before the tech membership, I struggled with all the bits and pieces (website, social media, blog posts, emails) and things weren’t working so great. Even more importantly, I was stressed and doing things was taking up an inordinate amount of time. What is the membership *really* like?

I love this little community …I created it because past me used to get really stuck on tech…and my poor family suffered as I made louds of noise trying to print college essays with a noisy dot matrix printer and dial-up internet…so I am very PATIENT if you struggle with tech!

I wanted to develop an online education coaching business so that I could do it from wherever my
husband and I were with our boat or motorhome. BUT I had absolutely no idea of what that would
entail….I have recently discovered I have ADHD and am very prone to chasing shiny objects and
thinking BIG! I was clueless about tech…I mean clueless.
I bless the day that Marie and I met on another coaching course. She could see what I could not; she
coached me to take baby steps to get a website (I could understand the ‘backstage’ elements of) and

Hi, I’m Marie, MIACP, I’m a therapist and coach myself, so I understand the sensitivities that relate to your business. I’m also a Web Designer and I love helping small business owners feel empowered when it comes to tech.

People Often Ask Me

Do you offer support in the Tech Membership?

Of course! You’ll have access to my self-paced, step-by-step tutorials online from the comfort of your own home. There are also weekly live implementation sessions, you’re more than welcome to attend any of these on a drop-in basis on Zoom.

Why do you run live sessions weekly?

Because I’m an awful eejit…wait, no, it’s because I want to SUPPORT you and because I love connecting with other therapists and coaches. It’s really important to me that this is a community. I don’t just want your money, I want to help you make progress in your business and the best way to do that is to have dedicated time to focus on your business.

Do I have to come to all the calls (I’d never get anything else done!)?

You certainly don’t, but some members like to pop in to a couple of calls to check in, or to get an answer to a question that’s niggling them.

Where will the sessions take place?

Once you sign up, you’ll have immediate access to the private members’ tutorials. Plus, you’ll have the option to attend live implementation sessions on Zoom where you can access accountability and support.

The live sessions take place on Thursdays. We alternate morning and evening sessions every week. You AREN’T expected to come to all the calls, there’s no passive-aggressive glaring if you come “late”, I get that we’re all busy.

I highly recommend that you come to live calls though, because it will keep you moving forward and you get huge support from me.

Do I need to be very techy?

If you can use the Internet and know how to open an email you’ll be absolutely fine! Some members have been in the group for a year and are flying it, but we also have newbies who are a bit scared of tech, so don’t worry, we get it if it’s not your thing (yet) and we’re here to support you.

Is it any good if it’s such an affordable price?

I suspect most people would charge a lot more for this…and I might do too in the future…but I really wanted to make it accessible to everyone who needs it. I purposely priced it at 85 euros a month because for many therapists and coaches that’s equal to or less than the cost of one session. The price you join at is the price it stays at for as long as you’re a member. This might surprise you, but I regularly hop into the backend of a member’s website and give them a dig out, even though I could charge for a 1:1 instead.

You also get a 20% discount off my 1:1 calls for as long as you are a paying member.

It sounds very expensive to me?

This membership could save you time, heartache, and money if something goes wrong with your website or if you have to hire someone to do some work. One member saved over £200 a year on a tech tool I recommended as an alternative to an annual subscription she’d been paying for (but hadn’t actually been using).

My members have actually offered to pay MORE for this membership (I didn’t accept).

I get that you might not feel ready for this yet. Everyone has a different budget. Keep an eye on my blog and sign up for my emails if you can’t afford to access paid support yet.

What topics does the membership cover?

This membership is constantly growing and evolving. Right now you can access content on website maintenance, how to update your content, security, blogging and SEO. Because I have a love/hate relationship with social media I also have added content on how to speed it up so it gets done and you can forget about it!

In 2023 and 2024 we’ve been really focused on speeding up content creation, such as blogging using AI and content repurposing, but in a way that still feels like you.

Learning about Website Maintenance sounds pretty boring?

A hacked website is a small business owner’s worst nightmare. It costs you time, and money and is a hassle to fix. Prevention is better than cure. I’ll show you how to look after your website and take a backup so that it’ll make your life easier.

Am I allowed to chat?

Chatting and connecting with other business owners is highly encouraged….this is about friendship and support…especially if you are feeling stuck on a techy thing in your business!

I first got to know Marie when she offered a blogging course for small business owners, mostly coaches and therapists. The group got on so well together that it quickly evolved into a ‘Create your Own Course’ course! Marie seemed to know what we needed before we did ourselves. She was so supportive through these courses that when she offered her Tech membership, it was a no-brainer decision for me.
